Basketball faces pressure

Timmy Sloan ‘27 reaches to slam the basketball into the net against Maine South (Simmons/LION).

Basketball is competitive and at times very tense; athletes don’t make every free throw or layup, but the LT boys varsity basketball team keeps pushing for success. These photos were taken during two home games: the first on Nov. 24 against Maine South and the second on Dec. 12 against Hinsdale Central. Both games ended in Lions wins, contributing to a successful season.
