Student athletes aim to take home the win

The attackers, Lawson Krueger ’26 and Colton Miller ‘29, run together planning their next attack on the OPRF Huskies (Simmons/LION).

These photos are compiled over two games throughout the spring LAX season. The boys lacrosse photos were shot during the match against Oak Park River Forest High School (OPRF) on April 14 at Bennett Field. The game ended in a 14-4 win, with standout players like Lawson Krueger ’26 and Tavis Seger ‘26 making passes and scoring points throughout. Boys lacrosse is currently 13-3 overall this season and #8 in Illinois according to MaxPreps on May 19. The second game photographed is the varsity girls lacrosse game against Hinsdale Central on April 28. It was a tough away game, ending in a 5-19 loss for LT, with the girls lacrosse team being 5-10 overall this season and ranked #38 in Illinois.
